摘    要:研究检验了组织正式(工具性支持)与非正式(职业生涯后果、上级支持)的工作-家庭支持措施对员工相关的结果变量的影响,包括工作-家庭冲突感知、离职意向和工作满意度.数据采用问卷调查法收集,被试来源于202名不同行业的全职员工.回归结果表明工具性支持与工作满意度正相关;职业生涯后果与工作-家庭冲突感知正相关,与工作满意度负相关;上级支持与离职意向负相关.

Abstract:This study examined the effect of formal work-family support( instrumental support) and informal support (career consequence and supervisory support) to some employee outcomes, such as work-family conflict, turnover intention and job satisfaction. Data were obtained from a sample of 202 full-time employees from a variety of different organizations in different industries. The regression analysis results showed that instrumental support was positively related to job satisfaction, career consequence was positively related to work-family conflict and negatively related to job satisfaction, supervisory support was negatively related to intention to leave.
