加强和创新研究生党建工作的几点思考

研究生党建工作在高校人才培养中占有重要地位,是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。当前研究生党建面临很多矛盾和问题,如党支部的设置、组织生活的有效开展、积极分子的培养、党支部干部的培训、党员的教育与管理等。鉴于此,针对研究生群体的特点和研究生教育的实际要求,提出了创新研究生党建工作的几点建议和具体做法,以期使研究生党建工作更符合新时期的要求,充分发挥支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员模范带头作用。

Reflection on the Strengthening and Innovation of Graduate Student Party Construction

Graduate student party construction work in universities plays an important role in talent training,which is an important part of the party building work in colleges and universities.The current graduate party building is faced with many contradictions and problems,such as party branch establishment,the effective development of organizational life,activist cultivation,training of party branch cadres,party members' education and management.This paper aimed at the graduate student group characteristics and the actual requirements of graduate education,and put forward several suggestions and specific practice to make the work of graduate party building more adapt to the requirements of the new times and give the fighting fortress role of party branch and pioneering model role of party members into full play.
