| 摘 要： | 2003年,国家政府提出了"让民族传统体育进入学校"的指导精神,在强有力的政策支持下,高职院校发展民族传统体育活动,即是对教学课程的开发,又丰富了体育教学的内容,同时又可以解决高职院校普遍存在的教学经费不足、锻炼场地限制、学生的积极性不高等问题,同时,也对于保护民族传统体育活动的生态性和传承推广民族体育文化具有积极意义。
