| Abstract: | The four micro-scaled experiments of extracting natural organic compounds are the ones of the extraction of allicin,anethole,rutin and caffeine. With the characteristics of the simple, adjustable and safe operation, these experiments are good ones that are acceptable and worthwhile to be promoted and popularized. |
