| 摘 要： | 为服务两型社会，服务武汉城市圈区域经济发展，对高职酒店管理专业人才培养进行了探索与研究。本文在分析高职酒店管理专业人才培养目前存在的问题的基础上，提出了酒店管理专业人才培养的“六化”策略。
