| 摘 要： | 为了适应机械制造业对数控技术应用型人才的迫切需要，数控专业人才的培养模式改革已势在必行，对此，结合实际工作经验，分析了数控教学所面临的问题及原因，从加强师资建设、改革课程体系、重视数控编程教学、加强实践教学等方面阐述了数控教学模式的改革。
