| 摘 要： | 民主是当今世界各国普遍珍视的核心政治价值和诉求之一。直接民主和代议制民主是民主的两种主要实现形式。两种民主形式的核心问题都是解决权力分享和利益分配。直接民主的核心精神是平等,代议制民主本质是一种受控精英民主制度。

| Abstract: | Democracy is a core value in political arena and it is cherished by all countries. Direct and representative democracies are two main approaches to realize democracy. The crucial issue of two democracy patterns is the share of power and interest. Equality is the essence of direct democracy while the representative democracy is by nature an observed elite democracy. |
