高校运用茶文化提升基层党建工作质量的研究

茶文化在我国的传统文化中十分受尊崇,其廉、美、和、静的品质滋养着人们自省、养廉、修德,将茶的品质和茶文化融入党建工作、融入校园文化建设,不但能丰富活动形式,同时也能为理论研究提供一条新的路径。从传统文化中撷取茶文化,并将其与党建结合,是以点带面的一种尝试、一种实践,二者相互补充,通过对茶文化的倡导与学习释放党员的生机活力,在促进优秀文化传播的同时也可以提升师生精神品质,进而有效地提升基层党建工作质量。

Research on the Use of Tea Culture to Improve the Quality of Basic Party Building Work in Colleges and Universities

Tea culture is highly respected in traditional Chinese culture.Its clean,beautiful,peaceful and quiet qualities nourish people's self-examination,integrity,and morality.The integration of tea quality and tea culture into Party building work and campus culture construction can not only enrich the activity form,but also provide a new path for theoretical research.Extracting tea culture from traditional culture and combining it with Party building is a kind of experiment and practice.The two complement each other.Through the advocacy and learning of tea culture,the vitality of Party members is released,which promotes the spread of excellent culture.At the same time,it can improve the spiritual quality of teachers and students,and effectively improve the quality of basic Party building work.
