| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the corporate governance of our country from the angel of the corporate governance structural frame, mainly involving the property right, and the logic relation inside out, It defines the concept range of cooperate governance of our country, illustrates the basic present situation of corporate governance, and suggests a new train of thought on legislation to corporate governance. |
