违法流浪少年儿童的矫治与回归

流浪儿童违法是因为他们没有完成社会化过程或他们的社会化过程出现问题所致。它既有一般青少年违法的共性,也有其自身特点。家庭、学校、社区、社会中存在的问题及不良少年群体内部的相互影响都会导致儿童外出流浪、违法。违法流浪儿童的矫治与回归是一个再社会化或继续社会化的过程,这一工作应由矫治社会工作人员在社区中进行。

The Rectification and Reversion of Delinquent Street Children

The delinquency of street children arise problems because they do not complete socialization process or some problems occur in their socialization process.It has some general characters with juvenile delinquency and there is also its self-characteristic.The problems existed in families,schools and societies,as well as the inter-influence in the inner delinquent juvenile groups,which can cause children to go out to be in the street and be illegal.The rectification and reversion of the delinquent street children are a process of re-socialization.This work should be taken by rectification social workers to go on in communities.
