| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是坚持以人为本，全面协调，可持续的发展观，是人与自然和谐、社会与经济协调发展的发展观。坚持科学发展观促进高等职业教育，一定要求真务实，崇尚科学、崇尚实干。要强化高职院校的理论建设、制度建设、规划建设和人才建设，提升高职学院的整体实力。要建立高职教育质量目标体系，解决走内涵发展之路遇到的各种问题。 |
