摘    要:介绍了应用于实验教学的桥式起重机模型研制过程,将VVVF变频调速和PLC控制技术应用在桥式起重机电气控制系统中,具有减少系统硬件和控制线、节能、减少机械磨损、启动性能好等诸多优点。同时对桥式起重机的保护、报警、故障处理等功能进行了阐述。通过上位机组态王监控软件对设备运行状态进行监控并对参数进行调整,该装置充分模拟工业控制现场,起重机控制系统的理论知识与工程实际得到很好的结合,加强了对学生工程应用能力的培养。

Abstract:The study procedure of bridge crane model which is used in experimental teaching is introduced.The VVVF variable frequency speed control and PLC control technique have been applied in the electricity control system of bridge crane which has the advantages of reduction of system hardware and control lines,energy saving,reducing wearing out mechanically,good starting characteristic,etc.The function of protection,alarm and recovery processing to bridge crane is also expatiated.The equipment state can be monitored and the parameter can be adjusted by top computer kingview monitoring software,The experimental device can fully simulate industry control field,and the theoretical Knowledge and engineering practice of the bridge crane can be combined and the students’ engineering application ability is strengthened.
