| 摘 要： | 通过研究认为:发挥实验室规模优势,提升实验室的整体实力,加强实验室队伍建设,吸引高水平的人才到实验室主持工作,稳定实验室技术队伍,合理制定实验室编制,提高实验室的地位和开放实验室等能充分发挥实验室实验教学、科研、社会服务等功能。
