摘    要:通过设计开发航空发动机涡轮装配模拟器,旨在改变传统教学实习的方式,改善实习条件和更新实习内容。文章系统地介绍了航空发动机涡轮装配模拟器的设计原理和组成,阐述了设计中的关键技术,并给出了模拟器的实现方案。模拟器采用CATIA和Acrobat 3D完成,发动机三维模型采用U3D格式,通过JavaScript实现了对U3D图形的控制。模拟器已经在本科教学中得到应用,实践表明该模拟器有很好的实用性和创新性。

Abstract:In order to change the traditional practice teaching mode,improve the condition and update the contents,this article develops the aero-engine turbine assembly simulator.The design principle and composition of aero-engine turbine assembly simulator are mainly introduced;the key technique of design is expounded;simulator implementation schemes are also provided.The simulator is implemented by using CATIA and Acrobat3D,and the 3D model of aero-engine is completed by U3D form.The U3D graphics are controlled by JavaScript.The results show that the simulator is of practicability and innovation according to the students’ evaluation and teaching effect.
