| 摘 要： | 以培养学生实践能力和创新精神为宗旨,以开放性、自主性为原则,建设面向数字媒体技术、教育技术学、新闻传播、艺术设计等专业的开放式传媒实践中心。从加强师资队伍建设、完善管理制度、提供个性化服务,建立科学化的评价机制4个方面进行管理。有利于:补充课堂教学,推进实验教学改革;培育学科竞赛项目,提高专业竞技水平;提供科研训练机会,提高毕业设计水平;丰富校园文化,提高个人修养。 |

| Abstract: | It is to focus on cultivating the student’s practical ability and innovative spirit,constructing opening media practice center for the majors such as digital media technology,educational technology,news media,art and design,etc.,with opening and autonomy as its principle.It should be managed from the following four aspects: strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,improving management systems,providing personalized services and establishing scientific evaluation mechanism.It helps supplement classroom teaching to promote the reform of experimental teaching,foster academic competition to improve the professional competitive ability,provide training opportunities of scientific research to improve the level of graduation project and enrich campus culture to elevate the individual mind. |
