Analysis and countermeasures on influencing factors of missing sense of occupational well-being of laboratory technicians in colleges and universities

The missing sense of occupational well-being of laboratory technicians in colleges and universities has affected their health,even the teaching and research work of college.It is very important for research on the sense of occupational well-being of laboratory technicians.This article analyzes the cause influencing laboratory technicians’ sense of occupational well-being from the management,the assessment and so on.Based on it,corresponding with the reason analyzing,this article also analyzes the countermeasures to improve the sense of occupational well-being from the system,the organization,and individual aspects.
