| 摘 要： | 实行学历教育和任职教育相对分离,建立以任职教育为主体的新型院校教育体系,是武警院校教育跨越式发展的必然选择。只有深入探索任职教育的本质,把握思想观念转变、教学转型和教员队伍建设等重点问题,才能增强转型的主动性、针对性和实效性,大力推动武警初级指挥院校的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | in order to realize the great-leap-forward development of CAPF College,carrying out the policy of relative separation between curricula education and professional education,building the system of professional education based main body is quite necessary.Only explore the essence of the professional education and grasp the ideology changes,the education transformation,the construction of teachers’ team,can we enhance the transformation efficiently and powerfully. |
