| 摘 要： | 教师队伍建设是高校人才工作的核心,是保证学校各项事业发展的重要智力资源。本文依据部分地方农业院校教师队伍建设的现状,分析比较了存在的共性问题及差异,从学校定位、发展路径、机制创新和理性认识等方面进行了探讨,提出了加强地方农业院校教师队伍建设的新思路。
