| 摘 要： | 伯尔赫斯·弗雷德里克·斯金纳是美国著名的心理学家,也是新行为主义的主要代表人物,他提出的强化理论为学生塑造良好的学习习惯提供了心理学上的依据.该研究将该理论运用于国内普通高校听力与言语康复学专业本科学生的培养,基于该专业人才培养方案尝试构建能有效实现专业学生岗位能力目标的听力与言语康复实践课程体系探索.

| Abstract: | Burrhus Frederic Skinner is a famous American psychologist and the main representative of new behaviorism.His reinforcement theory provides a psychological basis for students to shape good study habits.Therefore,the theory is applied in this study to train undergraduate students majoring in hearing and speech rehabilitation major in domestic colleges and universities.Based on the programmatic standards for this major,this paper attempts to construct a practical course system which can effectively realize the goal of training students'professional ability. |
