| 摘 要： | 窜货治理是个系统工程,企业应该构建起三级管理平台,分层加以治理:首先,在制度层面建立企业自检机制,根除窜货产生的内部根源;其次,在措施层面建立窜货预防机制,震慑窜货行为,并做到有据可查、有法可依;第三,在解决层面建立窜货处理机制,及时处理窜货行为,防止事件扩散。

| Abstract: | Facing the common phenomenon of fleeing goods, the enterprises should establish three level management platforms to deal with it. First, at the system level, a self-examination meehanism should be established. Second, the enterprises should set up a prevention mechanism to deter the behavior of fleeing goods. Third, there should be a disposal mechanism for the enterprises to prevent the diffusion of fleeing goods. |
