| 摘 要： | 道德灌输忽视了受教育者的主体性和个性,脱离受教育者的道德生活和道德实践,造成了道德教育的低效.道德教育要实现自身的变革,应从灌输走向对话.道德对话具有自身的优势和当代价值,具有平等性、理解性、生成性和建构性的特点,它能够使受教育者积极主动地建构自身的精神世界和道德世界.要实现道德教育的转型,要确立主体性道德教育思想,实现道德价值观念的转变以及思维方式的变革,从灌输走向对话是道德教育的必然选择.
