中职饭店服务专业学生职业意识调查与思考

摘    要:受到市场经济大环境的冲击以及社会世俗观念等的影响,中职学校饭店服务专业学生对专业的热爱程度不够,就业期望值较高,希望有好的个人发展前景,对饭店服务工作缺乏正确认识。针对这种情况,教师在专业教学中要帮助学生形成敬业、勤业、乐业的专业思想,通过挖掘教材中的专业意识教育内容、组织活动和实训课来培养学生积极的职业态度和良好的专业意识,引导他们积极主动地进行职业准备。

Abstract:By the influence of social prejudice, secondary vocational school students majoring in restaurant service have low enthusiasm in their specialty. They hope to get decent jobs but can not regard working in restaurants correctly. Thus, teachers should help students to form right ideas about their major, train students to have positive attitudes to their vocation and lead them to make full preparation for their future work.
