胫骨结节骨软骨炎的高频超声、X线与临床综合研究

通过高频超声、X线、临床对胫骨结节骨软骨炎(OSD)的对比研究,探讨高频超声对OSD的诊断价值,明确OSD不同时期的声像图特征.依椐EricJ诊断标准将OSD患者21例双侧42个胫骨结节分为3组,采用高频超声技术对OSD各组及其正常对照组(21例双侧)进行扫查,同时与临床、X线检查结果进行比较.结果表明:声像图结果与临床诊断基本相符,其符合率达95%,X线检查结果与临床诊断符合率为61.9%.各组OSD患者的声像图也存在差异.提示:高频超声检查在显示滑膜囊积液、髌腱末端腱增厚及早期胫软骨侵蚀方面明显优于X线检查,不失为显示胫骨结节骨软骨炎病变的首选方法.

Study of Osgood - schlatter Disease by Means of High - frequency Ultrasonography,X- rays and Clinical Methods

Through the comparison study of the three diagnostic means,namely high-frequency ultrasonography(HFU),x-rays and clinical methods,the article evaluates the diagnostic value of HFU in the diagnosis of osgood-schlatter disease(OSD),and investigates the distinctive features of ultrasonograph at different stages of OSD.21 OSD recognized by Eric J diagnostic standard which are divided into 3 groups and 21 controls are studied by HFU and compared with x-rays and clinical methods.The results show that ultrasonography examination makes the diagnosis rate up to 95% same to clinical methods,while x-rays examination makes the diagnosis rate to 61.9% same to clinical methods.And the ultrasonographs of each group have difference.The article thinks that HFU,better than x-rays,is a sanative and accurate method to reveal fundamental pathological changes of OSD.
