| 摘 要： | 文章在分析地方高校图书馆与振兴东北老工业基地的关系及其在振兴东北老工业基地建设中的作用的基础上,提出了地方高校图书馆在为振兴东北老工业基地服务时应遵循的原则和服务的途径,以期为当前振兴东北老工业基地建设提供理论支持。
