摘    要:文章阐述了高通量测序技术的最新进展,重点介绍了新一代高通量测序技术的发展现状及存在问题,并对其目前在生命科学领域特别是生物医学中的应用进行了简单总结,同时通过单分子测序技术的发展现状对高通量测序技术的进一步发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract:This paper presents the latest development of the high-fluxed sequencing technology, focusing on the present development of the technology and its problems, and briefly summarizes its application in the field of life science, especially in bio-medical science. Meanwhile, with a reference to the present development of monomolecular sequencing technology, the paper describes the further development of the high-fluxed sequencing technology in prospect.
