| 摘 要： | 教师的问题行为是指教师身上出现的不符合教育教学规律或违反教师职业道德 ,不利于学生全面发展的不正确的行为。教师必须认清教师问题行为的成因 ,并采取恰当的措施加以预防控制 ,以促进学生身心健康成长。
