| Abstract: | The Party committee of Yanshan University continu- ously deepened the reform in the cadre system.This paper in- troduces their practices and discusses some problems on enha- ncing the democracy in the cadres' working on reforming the cadre system,implementing the established principles,and recognizing and handing the relations between those two as- pects and that the Party administrates cadres. |
