| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，临沂市农业和农村经济持续快速健康发展，综合生产能力大幅度提高，农民生活质量显著改善，农村面貌发生了深刻变化。但是，在农业发展进入新阶段以后，出现了一系列新情况和新问题。从临沂市的实际情况出发，加快农业和农村经济结构调整，已经成为现阶段农业和农村经济工作的中心任务。
