| 摘 要： | 饮食词是随时代的发展而发展的,因通行地域不同折射出饮食文化的不同。通过对明清小说中绍兴方言和山东方言饮食词作比较．找出了它们的异同和发展变化的特点,对整理和研究绍兴方言饮食词,发展绍兴饮食文化有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Catering terms develop with the advances of the times, and catering culture varies from place to place. By comparing the catering terms in dielect of Shaoxing with that of Shandong , the article comes up with their differences and evolution features, which is of significance to the study of the catering terms in Shaoxing' s dialect as well as to the development of the catering culture of Shaoxing. |
