| 摘 要： | 和谐社会对高校德育工作提出新的要求,而当前我国高校德育面临着诸多问题和严峻挑战,它们具体表现为:价值性工具与工具性价值的矛盾、人文性内容与科学化方法的矛盾以及伴随着全球化和多元化而来的社会性道德危机和个体性信仰错位等。德育工作要解决上述矛盾首先必须更新观念,以人为本,构建和谐德育;其次要以生活为本,优化高校德育课程资源;最后还要认识到营造良好德育氛围的重要性。

| Abstract: | Harmonious the society is virtuous to university to teach a work to put forward a new request,but in our country university is virtuous to teach to face many problems and rigorous challenge,they concretely express for:The antinomy,the humanities contents and scientific method of worth sex tool and tool value of antinomy and accompany with since then social sex morals crisis and individual of globalization and diversification to believe in a wrong etc..Virtuous teach a work and solve an above-mentioned antinomy have to firstmore new ideas,make people the center,set up diapason virtuous teach;Wantto take life as this secondly,excellent turn a high school virtuous teach a course resources;The end still needs to know a construction good and virtuousteach the importance of atmosphere. |
