The SWOT Theoretical Analysis and Countermeasures of the Golf Club in Guangdong Province

As the original place of the golf club in China,not only in quantity and scale but also in managerial expertise and international competition,it become the specimen of golf games in our country.Based on the SWOT theory,and considering the enviromment of Guangdong golf clubs,this paper makes analyzed the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and intimidation of Guangdong golf clubs.The paper finds that Guangdong golf clus not only have advantage,but also have threat.At last,the paper poses some countermeasures based on the theory of strategic management,in order to prompt the futher development of Guangdong golf clubs.
