微型滴定法在分析实验教学中的运用

摘    要:微型化学实验是近20年来国内外广泛开展的一种化学实验方法,它的特点是仪器微型化和试剂用量少.利用自制的微型滴定装置,通过碘量法测定维生素C的含量,消耗试剂量仅为常规实验的1/10,滴定结果和常规实验结果准确度一致.

Abstract:Microscale chemical experiment has been a widely - used chemical experimentation in recent 20 years. It is char acterized by the microminiaturization of instrument and less reagent. The self - made microtitrate instrument is used to determine the content of vitamin C by iodimetry, the consumption of the reagent is only one - tenth of the normal amount, and the lesult of the microtitation and that through conventional experimentation are found coherent to each other.
