大力发展第三领域经济－－解决我国富余劳动力问题的建设性途径

第三领域经济作为一种新的发展空间和新的经济体制可以有效地解决富余劳动力问题。本分析了我国发展第三领域经济的现实条件，包括经济全球化的趋势、政府职能的转变和社会公共事业的亟待发展、市场经济的不完善、以人为本的社区环境的回归、民主意识的提高、人的全面发展和社会走向明与和谐的需要等。在此基础上提出了大力发展第三领域经济的几种措施。

Devote Major Efforts to Develop the Third Domain Economy--A constructive settlement of solving our country's redundant labour problem

The third domain economy which is a new developing space and a new economy system can effectively solve the redundant labour proble. This article analyses the real situation about developing our third domain economy, such as economy global tendency, govermental function' s changing, social public welfare system and etc. Based on the analysis, this article gives several settlements to how to devote major efforts to develop the third domain economy.
