| 摘 要： | 当代传媒的市场化程度日益加强，教育资源的市场化配置需求日益突出。新闻教育产业的发展是一个在市场机制作用下的动态化过程。要树立动态化的办学思想，大胆改革，探索出一种市场适应性较强、开放灵活的现代新闻教育机制，充分发挥市场动力机制的作用。

| Abstract: | The media industry gradually becomes more open to the market, while at the same time, it is strongly required that education resources should be allocated on the market. The development of the news education industry is adynamic process under the influence of the market mechanism. Therefore, we should keep a dynamic thought of runningschools and boldly make innovations. On the basis of playing the role of the impetus mechanism of the market, our aim isto build an open and flexible news education mechanism. |
