| 摘 要： | 青岛拥有得天独厚的海岛资源,在由海洋观光旅游向海洋休闲度假旅游的转变过程中,如何立足海岛资源优势,合理规划走特色之路是亟待解决的问题。在山东半岛蓝色经济区规划发展大框架下,青岛海岛休闲产业应借鉴国际名岛开发经验,进一步用法律法规去规范海岛的开放利用,依托地方高校进行校企合作,加强休闲服务与管理专业人才的培养,借力海岛文化打造度假品牌,实现科学规划可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Qingdao is blessed with rich island resources.In the development from marine sightseeing tour to marine vacation tour,how to exploit the advantages and find a sustainable development way of rational planning is an urgent problem to be solved.With the development of the blue Shandong Peninsula economic zone,learning from the famous islands in the world,the development and utilization of islands should be regulated further by the laws.Scientific planning and sustainable development should be achieved through school-enterprise cooperation by means of local universities and colleges in leisure personnel training and the brand of vacation tour can be created according to the island culture. |
