| 摘 要： | 目的运用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮及中药保守治疗,观察非手术治疗植入性胎盘的疗效。方法米非司酮50mg口服,2次/d,共服5d;甲氨蝶呤20mg,1次/d,肌肉注射,连用3d;5天后口服中药生化汤加味。结果 10例植入性胎盘患者住院7～24d,均痊愈出院。结论保守治疗对植入性胎盘是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective： Use conservative treatment to placenta accreta wlm memotrexate, muepHstonc anu TCM and observe the curative effect. Methods： Take mifepristone oral 50mg twice a day for 5 days; muscle injection of methotrexate 20rag ottce a day for 3 days, take TCM after 5 days of conservative treatment. Results： 10 hospitalized patients with placenta accreta for 7-24 days, were all cured. Conclusion： Conservative treatment for placenta accreta is feasible. |
