摘    要:心理契约理论在高校青年教师管理中起着动力作用、稳定作用、强化作用和创造作用,因此,高校青年教师管理,要充分利用心理契约理论,宏观上制定有效的激励制度,创设人文关怀的氛围;微观上从经济利益、职业规划、人际信任等方面开展工作,从而增强教师的工作满意度和对学校的忠诚度,促进学校的长远发展。

Abstract:In the management of university young teachers,psychological contract serves as a source of motivation,stableness,reinforcement and creativity.Therefore,universities should generally establish an effective incentive system and create a humanistic atmosphere.Specifically,they should work for young teachers' financial,professional and interpersonal satisfaction so as to enhance their overall satisfaction and their loyalty to the universities.
