| 摘 要： | <天圣令>以唐令为蓝本参以新制修纂而成,虽然新修订了不少条款,但是<天圣令>远不是当时法律的全部.在<天圣令>之外,与之并行的法典还有编敕、附令敕.<天圣令>与<庆元令>有着较大的差异,<天圣令>反映的唐后期至北宋前期社会变化后的社会关系,与<庆元令>所反映的北宋后期至南宋的社会关系有着诸多不同.天圣以后,宋代社会仍发生着许多重要变化.

| Abstract: | Edicts of the Heavenly Emperor was compiled by means of decrees and edicts in Tang Dynasty as the chief source and in accordance with the new system.Although many provisions were revised,yet it was far from the sum total of the laws in effect at that time.In addition,there were other codes that were equally valid,such as compiled orders of pardon or amnesty and those attached to them.Edicts of the Heavenly Emperor is considerably different from Edicts of Qing Yuan in that the former reflects the various soc... |
