高校后勤社会化改革中的企业文化重塑

摘    要:后勤社会化改革使高校后勤由机关变成企业实体,)~tO.x-作人员也相应地由管理干部变成了为师生服务的企业员工,这种体制的转轨与角色的更换必须以文化的重塑来支撑。高校后勤虽然已经成为市场经济涌潮中的弄潮者,但其与高等学校的特殊血缘关系,决定了其企业文化也必然具有其独有的优越性和特殊性。高校后勤实体在转轨时期,要充分发挥高校的文化优势,努力重塑自己独特的企业文化,用良好的企业文化引领后勤实体朝着健康有序的轨迹发展。

Abstract:The reform of higher learning logistics socialization has made the existed logistic institutions become an industry of enterprise. The former cadres also turned into the service working stuff for students and teachers. This transformation requires the support of recreation of corporation culture. The higher learning logistics department, although, becomes the tide-rider of market economy, also links of higher learning institutions closely. It decides its unique superiority and particularity of corporation culture. During the period of turning logistic into socialization the cultural superiority should be fully displayed and recreated the unique corporate culture and urged logistic industry to develop soundly along the order orbit.
