研究生教育中研究型与应用型人才培养目标及规格探析

摘    要:本文从英国和美国的研究生教育出发,重点分析其研究生教育中研究型和应用型两类人才在培养目标和规格上的特点,目的是要说明,研究生教育在培养目标上的分化是历史的必然,同时也是质量保障的前提。我国的研究生教育要想摆脱当前发展中的困境,应借鉴这两类人才培养上的特点,对我国研究生教育进行改革,从根本上提高我国的研究生教育质量。

Abstract:This paper analyzes their characteristics of training objectives and specifications for postgraduate education of research-based and application-based in British and American.The authors want to show that the goal of post-graduate education in the division is a historical necessity,but also is a prerequisite for quality assurance.In order to shake off the present predicament,the development of post-graduate education should improve the quality of our post-graduate education fundamentally.
