| 摘 要： | 工作流技术的发展适应了信息社会中工作的群体性、交互性、分布性和协作性特点,文中使用了三类Agent来构架一个工作流管理系统,可以具有WFMS的基本功能.最后给出了具体实现环境,并对基于Agent的工作流管理模型进行了评价.
