摘    要:多媒体课件应该由谁来评价?课件评价的标准是什么?针对这个基本问题依然众说纷纭。只有按照客观评价和主观评价、教师评价和学生评价、静态评价和动态评价、统一性评价和多样性评价四个相结合原则,才可能对课件进行客观公正地评价。此外,应该建立起与多媒体课件的评价体系相适应的课件开发体制、激励机制,以提高课件评价对教师进行课件开发的引导作用,提高教学质量。
