| 摘 要： | 本文以简单的专家集体商议的办法来确定绩效评价指标的权重,简化了评价过程,可操作性较强,所构建的土地开发整理绩效评价指标体系,从土地开发整理工程措施对土地利用的影响入手,较准确地计量和描述了因土地开发整理投资项目的实施给经济、生态环境、社会等方面带来的效益与效果,从总体上分析和评价了实施土地开发整理项目的综合效应,对于相同类型土地开发整理项目的绩效评价具有较好的指导作用。 |
