| 摘 要： | 在描述了中小企业在全球经济发展中的重要贡献及其自身所面临的融资瓶颈问题的基础上，为更好地解决中小企业融资中银行信贷方面的有关问题，建立了基于中小企业融资安排的银企规模匹配模型。依据此理论模型，对支持我国中小企业融资的银行制度改革提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | This article simply tracks out the contribution of SMEs sector to total employment and GDP across the globe, as well as the puzzle of SMEs financing. In order to resolve this puzzle between banks and SMEs, we try to modeling between banks and enterprises based on scale-matched .At last, we give some advice to our reform of banking system in the hope that Chinese banking would be more suitable for SMEs financing. |
