| 摘 要： | 认知语言学从认知的角度出发,指出隐喻不仅是一种修辞手段,还是人类认知世界的一种思维方式。本文以空间方位词“下”为例,分析了“下”的语义系统及其认知隐喻机制,并通过与英语词down的对比分析,说明了人类隐喻思维既有共性的一面,又有差异性的一面。

| Abstract: | Cognitive linguistics assumes that metaphor serves not only as a rhetorical device but also as a mode of cognition from the perspective of cognition.This article analyses the meanings of the spacial word "xia" and its cognitive metaphorical device.In contrast with the meaning of the English word "down",it indicates that there are both similarities and differences between human being's metaphoric system. |
