| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动的快速发展,各项基本技术和战术的熟练掌握与运用,篮球规则的变化与修改,使篮球比赛日趋激烈,对裁判员的要求也越来越高.文章对篮球裁判初学者心理压力的产生和心理行为的影响进行探讨、研究,提出对策,为裁判员初学者能够正常发挥执裁水平提供依据.
