| 摘 要： | 围绕地方经济与社会发展需求和区域创新体系建设需求,认真做好人才培养和科技创新工作,全面提升服务功能,是地方高等学校肩负的重要使命。地方高等学校只有做好服务工作,才能得到社会的支持和政府的重视,促进自身更快、更好地发展,由此形成良性互动的格局,取得双向共赢的效果。
