利用大吨位吊车分解吊装组合式输电钢管杆

摘    要:针对双杆或四杆的组合式钢管杆,采用大吨位吊车进行吊装。重点介绍了大吨位吊车型号的选择,构件吊点位置的确定,吊具的设计和吊装施工方法。通过220kV越溪—菀平线开断环入江城变工程的施工实践,表明采用大吨位吊车分解吊装组合式钢管杆具有经济实用、施工效率高、工器具少、安全可靠等优点,值得在输电线路施工中推广应用。

Abstract:This paper adopts the large tonnage crane hoisting to lift double pole or four pole combined type steel pole, which introduces the type selection of large tonnage crane, the component location, design and construc- tion method for hoisting sling. Through the 220kV Yue Xi - Wan Ping line construction practice of broken ring into Jiangcheng project, it shows that the decomposition of hoisting combined steel rod has the advantages of economy and practicality, high construction efficiency, utensils, safe and reliable, less use of the large tonnage crane, it is worthy of popularization and application in transmission line construction.
