| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展、住房制度的改革，住宅已成为人们的私人财产，人们对房屋的质量要求提高，相应的设计理念也要有所提高、改进。对于7度抗震设防区的多层砖混钢砼房屋，抗震构造柱起着必要的作用；同时，怎样设置抗震构造柱对整个建筑起着显的作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and the reformation of housin g system,house has become people's private property.As people's requirem ent of t he quality of house has been improved, the corresponding design should be improv ed ,too.For the Multilayer brick and steel concrete house of 7 degree anti-eart hquake defensive area,anti-earthquake construction post plays a necessary role .At the same time ,how to set the anti-earthquake construction post. plays a d ominate role in the whole construction. |
