| 摘 要： | 绿色壁垒作为一种非关税贸易壁垒在当前国际经济一体化进程中越来越普遍。对于中国这样的发展中国家来说，只有充分利用绿色壁垒的特点，完善现行法律法规，才能最大限度的保护我国企业的公平贸易和权利，并且推动环境保护的发展。
